A: Economic demands have resulted in greatly reduced personnel and fewer vehicles available for use to pick up recycling bins and other equipment to cover the increased volume.
A: Routine items such as hanging a picture can take up to 10 days depending on the work load ahead of your request.
Normally 3 – 5 days depending on the work load and accessibility to the room.
A: E-mails should be sent to Elgie Ogburn or Corliss Baldridge with details such as time, date and location of the event, the number of chairs, tables or podiums, the style of the set up you are requesting, how long the event will be and your name, department and phone number.
A:Move requests must be submitted at least 10 days before you need the move to take place. During peak seasons, it may be longer than that, depending on their work load.
A: Move requests are sent to 404-413-0700.
A: Many of the classrooms and offices are monitored and can be adjusted from maintenance offices. Staff does not need to come to the individual room to correct the problem.
