Humanities-Law Building

Scope of Project Construction of a new building to serve the College of Law community. The College of Law is currently located in five floors of the Unban Life building on Decatur Street. The new College of Law building will sit on a site at the intersection of John Wesley Dobbs Avenue and Park Place just north of Woodruff Park. It is the first of the three GSU buildings planned to be built on the site. The new building will have 200,000 square feet providing an additional 90,000 square feet for the college almost doubling its current area for classrooms, library, faculty and staff offices as well as function as a resources for the greater Atlanta community.

Scope of Project Renovation of a 6-Story Office Building with Basement and Auditorium. Affected area of construction will be approximately 105,000 square feet. The building will be renovated to accommodate the following offices and departments: Welcome Center, Honors College, Legal Affairs, Alumni Relations; and offices of the President, Provost and Vice Presidents and other administrative offices. The scope of work will include new finishes, changes to layout and interior modifications, ADA life safety code upgrades and renovations to existing MEPsystems.

Indian Creek Lodge

Indian Creek Lodge
Scope of Project Demolish the old Indian Creek Lodge and replace it with a new, energy-efficient building. The new lodge will have large meeting rooms, break-out rooms and kitchen facilities. The outdoor area will feature a Ropes Course and activity lawn. This building has been designed to meet LEED certification for Green Buildings.
